Nicky and the outstanding staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. Plus the lake view is awesome and the coffee is pretty damn good too.

The location on Banks Lake is great. The views from the 2nd floor balconies is exceptional, especially at sunset. The facility is spotless and the staff and locals are very friendly. Not huge on amenities. Frig in the room and coffee available at the front desk in the morning. Outdoor pool available in the summer.
Bremerton, WA
Have stayed at just about every hotel in the Grand Coulee area over the years and tried the Sky Deck a few years ago. Won't stay anywhere else now.
Great staff, great location, and the rooms themselves are in need of a remodel (which the staff tells me will happen this year), but still a great little hotel. Bring your own pillow, though; the ones in the room are terrible.
